Our approach
Airworx Racing uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the website and the information handled. No website can promise absolute security.
Payments
Checkout totals, stock reservations and payment status are handled server-side. Card entry is handled by the configured external payment provider. Airworx Racing does not directly store full card numbers or CVV values. We do not claim independent PCI DSS certification.
Access and data
Administrative areas require authenticated access and role-based permissions. Sensitive operational actions are validated server-side, and customer enquiries are not publicly readable. HTTPS/TLS protects supported browser connections in transit.
Your responsibilities
Use a trusted device and network, check the website address before entering information, keep account access private, and never send card credentials by email, WhatsApp or contact forms.
Report a concern
Report a suspected security or privacy issue through sales@airworx.co.za. Do not include passwords or card details in the report.
