Available methods
Collection from Airworx Racing in Umhlali is available after we confirm the order is ready. Courier delivery is not currently enabled through checkout.
Order processing
For paid, in-stock items, stock verification and order preparation normally take 1–3 business days after payment is verified. Collection orders containing in-stock items are normally ready within the same 1–3 business-day processing period, and customers must wait for the ready-for-collection confirmation before travelling to the store.
South African delivery timeframe
For in-stock items, allow 1–3 business days for order processing after verified payment. After dispatch, estimated courier delivery is 2–5 business days to major South African centres, 3–7 business days to regional or outlying areas, and up to 10 business days to remote areas. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Special-order and available-to-order items
Products marked available to order, special order, pre-order or requiring supplier confirmation are not subject to the standard in-stock processing and courier delivery windows. Their expected supplier and delivery lead time will be confirmed before fulfilment. If a material lead-time issue arises after payment, Airworx Racing will contact the customer with the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Delivery information and delays
Provide a complete and accurate South African delivery address and reachable contact details. Remote areas, address corrections, severe weather, courier network disruptions or other circumstances outside reasonable control can cause delays. If Airworx Racing becomes aware that an order will materially exceed the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer using the details supplied rather than leave the order without an update.
Tracking and damaged deliveries
Tracking details are supplied when the selected courier provides them. If a parcel appears damaged, record the condition where practical and contact Airworx Racing promptly with the order number and photographs so that the delivery and any return can be investigated.
Exports
Standard online checkout is intended for supported South African delivery or collection. International and export transactions are not available through standard online checkout. Any separately considered export may be subject to manufacturer, customs, shipping and legal restrictions.
